Our GFCI outlet kept turning off for some reason. We called Christian's Artesoft Same Day TV Mounting and Electrician Services. I have only great things to say about the owner Christian and Jose. They literally worked all day for two straight days to figure out what the problems were and throughout the whole process, Christian's communication was very clear on what they did and what they needed to do. They were very professional, attentive to our needs, willing to go extra-mile, customer service driven and detailed oriented. Nov 2021: Jose and Alex did an outstanding job on our 75” TV mount along with the sound bar bracket. Very pleased and will use them again for next TV mount we will do in our house! Update Nov 2022 : We got a new Frame TV and went back to Artesoft after their excellent work last year. Christian came to move our older flat screen and re-install it upstairs. The new Samsung Frame TV required significant work to hide the power box inside a separate recessed box (which Christian ordered for us) behind the drywall and in between the wall studs. He also made a small opening to attach our Sonos soundbar such that no wires are visible anywhere. It was a tricky installation that took a lot of time and diligent careful work. Christian absolutely nailed it, superb work. Very cordial and professional guy, we recommend his work and Artesoft without any hesitation. These were the guys I should have called to begin with! DO YOUR RESEARCH! Some people call themselves a “TV mounting service” but are just a GWH (guy with hammer). Artesoft had to come in to fix a job that was done incorrectly. There were two of them so someone could help lift the television on the track, he had tools a level, drill with all the bits, skills for reasoning and the ability to communicate! The wall mount that you could see on the wall because it protruded at the bottom of the TV (with the GWH’s work) is now hidden and all you see is the television on the wall. Don’t hesitate call Artesoft! **Same day update** I read through the reviews and the GWH is actually the gentleman that tried to bring down the ratings of Artesoft a year ago if that isn’t him it’s definitely his name. BEWARE of Jason, he’s a GWH had to borrow tools, came ALONE, so had to ask the customer for assistance, TOOK my tools home with him (had to bring them back) and put TVs in the wrong spot! Not good at following directions. ~ Phyllis

Christian, Jorge, and Maria are a wonderful crew. They hung 2 TVs and their work is neatly and well done. Will definitely hire them for future jobs and recommend them to friends and family. Sept. 13, 2023 Update: I invited Christian and his crew back to install a soundbar (pictured) and like the first time, they didn’t disappoint. The job was well done. They did perfect work, and they were very friendly. They had both of my 75” TVs mounted in under an hour, and they cleaned up the majority of the dust created. The booking process was really easy, and I really like their website, it made the entire thing a seamless process. It was nice that I could quickly make a contactless credit card payment once all the work was done. Christian and his partner were amazing and punctual. Highly recommend. They were both very professional, so fast and efficient. I have a 50” Samsung tv and bought my own mount. Their website is very easy to navigate and during the installation I needed an extension cord and longer hdmi cord which he had on hand to purchase. Jose and Alex were absolute pros. They did great jobs with zero mess in our brand new home. I’d have them back anytime. I initially tried to get a competitor here to hang my TVs. But the competitor was ore expensive and would only hang new in box TV sets. Not artesoft— they will hang your new or old tv, in or out of box. And do it for a fair price. Thanks guys- ~ Len

Christian and his partner did a really good job of hanging two TVs. They used one of my own wall mounting bracket and they started their work right away. They knew what they were doing. They were able to hide the cables. They figured out a way to mount my soundbar on the wall as well. I would recommend their service to a friend. They were friendly and professional. Reasonable price. Quick and efficient. They came in and went straight to work. You could tell they knew exactly what they were doing and how to do it. Great! They were so quick and so professional! They asked for my opinion about how to place the TV, and they did it perfectly. My install was pretty easy. Very professional and quick installation. I had 3 mounting jobs. One job to install bracket and mount TV. Contacted Christian for tv mounting literally last night. He was able to provide me with next day service. Him and his teammate were very quick, courteous and all around excellent! They securely remounted our TV to a stone fireplace, installed a proper electrical outlet, and corrected some bad practices from a previous company that were neither code compliant nor safe.
